Designed to deliver insight and greater depth of understanding of CDI programs, Iodine Informs is a live webinar series available to Iodine clients. These sessions provide information regarding clinical and coding topics relevant to the CDI Specialist role and their leaders. Topics are timely to the CDI profession and allow CDI staff to leverage the knowledge gained in their daily workflow. Content is delivered by our clinical and coding experts and is available at no charge to current clients. Continuing Education credits are awarded for qualifying participants.
We also offer customized hands-on, in-person, instructor-led training workshops to successfully on-board your CDI program to Iodine. The initial training session brings together our CDI and product experts to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive experience. CDI managers and leaders receive targeted training on the Iodine features designed to assist them in their roles, most notably staff assignments and comprehensive reporting dashboards.
For CDI Specialists, the focus is on your team, and our training is designed to be highly interactive and engaging. We encourage peer-to-peer coaching and undertake actual reviews using the software. Following your onsite training session, our lead trainer and Client Success Manager remain in close contact with you to provide additional support and training reinforcement.
The Client Success team partners with your CDI leadership to ensure Iodine’s software is properly configured to maximize your program goals and objectives, while providing seamless workflow integration with your team's existing environment. Client Success Managers serve as trusted advisors and Iodine experts, available to answer questions, share Iodine best practices, and ensure CDI programs are successful using Iodine.
Iodine's post-launch and regular executive presentations deliver insightful analyses of Iodine’s impact on CDI programs directly to your senior leadership. In these sessions, we offer an analysis of your hospital’s use of Iodine, measure the impact of Iodine technology on key performance metrics, and offer recommendations on opportunities for improvement. Executive presentations allow your leaders to gain a deep understanding of their program, stay on top of what's new with Iodine’s technology, and receive customized, in-depth analyses of CDI performance.
Our Support team works to support CDI Specialists in their daily use of Iodine. We respond to all requests quickly to resolve immediate issues, answer questions, and to offer one-on-one learning opportunities. You can reach us via email, the HIPAA compliant in-app messaging feature, and over the phone.
In addition, our web-based Help Center offers a wide array of self-help resources, frequently-asked questions (FAQs), and interactive training.
