The vendor’s phone and web support are great. There is a help button on the system. We just click the help button, and we can submit the ticket via the application. The folks at Iodine Software are never shy to give us help, and they release their cell phone numbers. The support is a win-win situation all around. We have had no issues whatsoever. The support people are great. They get back to us within hours and sometimes even more quickly. I am absolutely happy with the time it takes for the vendor to respond to our issues.
