AwareCDI is great. It is absolutely part of our long-term plans. We recently renewed our contract. The system takes the guesswork out of trying to find the correct encounter and evaluate opportunities. There is no more searching for a needle in a haystack. The system enhances our productivity.

The vendor’s phone and web support are great. There is a help button on the system. We just click the help button, and we can submit the ticket via the application. The folks at Iodine Software are never shy to give us help, and they release their cell phone numbers. The support is a win-win situation all around. We have had no issues whatsoever. The support people are great. They get back to us within hours and sometimes even more quickly. I am absolutely happy with the time it takes for the vendor to respond to our issues.

AwareCDI automates prioritization. Staff no longer have to determine which account they should look at. They look at the one at the top of the list, and that is how their work is driven. It is fully automated. Iodine Software is an advanced party in the market. They advance past natural language processing, which competitors like 3M use, and they are using machine learning, artificial intelligence, and modeling to identify opportunities. That is an advanced feature that Iodine Software has currently.


The major difference between Iodine Software and another vendor we work with is that Iodine Software has much more engaged customer support people than that other vendor does. Iodine Software has a much better understanding of their own software system, so they can work with our IT folks much more efficiently than the other vendor can.
